The Family Outreach Resource Centre was funded in 1994 in Corner Brook, NL. It offers family resource programs for families with children aged 0-6 years. The Family Outreach Resource Centre is also home to the Corner Brook Healthy Baby Club.
In 2010 the centre expanded to include the South Shore Family Resource Centre and Healthy Baby Club to service communities on the South Shore of the Bay of Islands.
